If you read carefully when you are going to cashout, you will find that there is a way, but of course nobody is reading.

Look at it this way futurelione2015 if we could all transfer our funds from the main balance to the purchase balance then there would be no income coming into the site. If there is no income to the site then how can we all get paid. So I think it's a good idea that we have to make deposits so the site will keep getting some kind of income and we can all get paid with out delays
