Do not recycle just by AVG, recycle by amount you earn and the AVG. You cannot just invest money and get profit, your action is important for your success. in your case $30 is the maximum profit you can make per month, but not only the financial profit is considered profit, if you find good refs and keep them next month you make good profit even if this month you make small profit.
