Any attempt of using VPN (virtual private network), proxy (country change) or any kind of service that is hiding your real country IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Now we have a tool which is very accurate to check your IP, and if detect any VPN  your account will be suspended. 
Users are using these tricks in order to change their real country or hiding their identity on the internet, since we are offering money, we cannot do so for anonymous members, also the may have multiple accounts which is forbidden as well. (mostly users using a VPN have multiple accounts)
Also do not refer members from your household (eg, your relatives and act as is their account, is still duplicate account "and the suspension is within your house")

TOS - Logging via VPN it is allowed as long you are using the same country and you really do not have any other options, Chinese users may use Taiwan or Hong Kong VPNs, due to Google content country ban.
Since we cannot know the reality, if one member is honest or not, because of cheaters we will remove from TOS the rule from above. We are sorry for Chinese users but because of cheaters we cannot continue letting them use VPN. We have some chinese members using real IPs, our google content is only based on fonts (we may change that) so is mostly no need for VPN.
