BuxInside - Withdraw Regulations

For security reasons we have made the following changes in our withdraw system:

PayPal(within 180 days) deposits => You can withdraw using only PayPal.
In these cases payments will be sent as REFUND METHOD which is a MANUAL method and can take from 1 to 7 days. Once a transaction is full refunded (as payment) we will mark it as refunded and it will not count anymore.

If there is no income to the site then how can we all get paid.
