Hi,
Since many members request deletion of their account, as we have no such option we decided that instead of clearing their balances  to delete their accounts as for inactivity rules. This is also good for our database even for the environment, when having so many users our servers will work harder and consume more energy and also for GDPR that we do not need to store their emails and other data for no reason.(We never sell and do other dirty things with our users emails, we only need to ensure that in case of something we can comunicate and to respond to tickets and verify that is a real human).

If you have a total of at least $10 in deposits (last 60 days) you can stay inactive for up to 60 days without any consequences.

For the Basic members inactivity rule was reduced from 15 to 10 days. (sorry but everyone wants active referrals)
Upgraded members have no inactivity rule as long as their membership is active, after that other rules will apply.

Everything in short words:

  • Basic Membership inactivity reduced from 15 to 10 days

  • No more cuts in balances, just account deletion

  • If deposits > $10 (last 60 days) you can stay inactive for up to 60 days

Sorry if you were taken by surprize, but you always suppose to take care of your inactive referrals, you said that you could exchange them, what you've been waiting for?

Great news!
I guess this should have a positive effect on the site!
