Unfortunately PayPal decided to keep the refund fees, this will cause to us big loses.  


4. Fees – Commercial Transaction Refunds
As a reminder (as notified on January 2, 2020) section A3.4 (Commercial Transaction Refunds) of Schedule 1 (Table of Fees) was amended on March 5, 2020 to clarify that, if you carry out a refund of a Commercial Transaction payment, all of the fees originally paid by you to receive the payment will not be returned to you. The amendment to section A3.4 (Commercial Transaction Refunds) of Schedule 1 (Table of Fees) which took effect on March 5, 2020 will continue to read and be applied on and after the Effective Date.

Before this change everything was a lot better, to make you understand, until now all the loses from a single transaction, refunded in full was $0.35, now is "payment original fees + $0.35", big amounts are hurting us. 
Also we had $1 fixed fee for each deposit which covered also some un-refunded transactions fees. 
PayPal represents 70-80% from our sales and cashouts. 

What is next? 
No more 0% fees for upgraded members, PayPal only.
Buyers will pay the deposit fees. No more that $1 fixed fee which means lower fees for deposits smaller than $10. Buyers will receive the NET amount, which is exact the amount that will get to our PayPal balance. Also the clicks amount requirement for the first deposit will increase.
